Scheduled Services

Once a vehicle has completed its free warranty service visits from the dealership, the shops hope you keep briging it back to them for routine maintenance and scheduled service.
This is one of the most profitable areas for car companies. With often substantially higher shop rates, and elevated brand-name-only parts supplies, you’re almost always going to be paying much more to maintain your car through a dealership.
Most of the scheduled servicing involves routine procedures and cheklists. The same checklists we use. We offer you the option of lower hourly shop rates and access to a much wider range of options for parts and supplies.
Dealerships are most concerned with the most recent models of cars they sell. We, on the other hand, are exposed to a very wide range of vehicles on a daily basis.
There is merit to the scheduled service approach. You need to change the oil in your car anyway every so many kilometers. Fluids get depleted and other parts wear out.
More importantly, we’re likely to catch something early, before it becomes a problem. We can give you a heads-up about the need for new tires in a few months, or another part which is going to fail if left for too much longer. This is just going to save you money and hassle.
You then can make an appointment when it is convenient for you, and we can bring in the parts and reserve the time for you. The result is your car staying on the road instead of arriving back at our shop by tow-truck just when you need it most.
Tip:
If you’re looking through the glove compartment and find one of those scheduled service booklets sold with your car, check it over. See whether there is anything noted in the car’s history of dealer-performed servicing. Bring in the book and we’ll create a scheduled service plan for your vehicle.
Hours of operation are Monday to Friday 7:30 am to 5:30pm and accept VISA and Mastercard.
